BOX TOTS began with Square Root Foods in Northern Arizona when two friends started delivering fresh farm produce to Chef Brian Konefal at Coppa Café. That first connection sparked a vision: to make real, handcrafted food more accessible to their community.
From a food truck serving both plant-based and grass-fed burgers, to a boutique grocery stocked with specialty items and ready-to-bake meals, to Tot-Box, a food truck delighting Arizona and the Southwest with gourmet tater tots — every step has been about blending creativity, quality, and community.
Today, we are excited about BOX TOTS, our signature frozen gourmet tot line. BOX TOTS bring the playful, chef-driven spirit of Tot-Box into restaurants, and retailers across the region. As we scale up manufacturing, BOX TOTS are not just our newest product — they're the star of our vision for the future, redefining what frozen comfort food can be.
